References Provide three (3) clients for which similar services were performed within the past three (3) years. Equivalent Experience Or four (4) years of equivalent work experience is required. Certifications Certification in Process Improvement Methodologies and demonstrated proficiency in methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma or Kaizen, including a certification such as Lean Six Sigma Belt or Black Belt; (Required) Certification in Quality Assurance (e.g. International Software Testing Qualifications Board [ISTQB]) is a plus; (Preferred) Required Experience, Skills, and/or Knowledge Minimum of seven (7) years in IT, with at least four (4) years in process engineering and two (2) years in project management; Strong skills in mapping out business processes, identifying bottlenecks, and analysing inefficiencies; Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Visio, Lucid chart, or specialized business process modelling tools (e.g., Business Process Model and Notation [BPMN] software like Bizagi or Architecture of Integrated Information Systems [ARIS]); Excellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills; and Proven leadership and motivational skills.
