Job Title: SAP security , GRC Location: Austing , TX Onsite Duration: Long-term Key Responsibilities: SAP Security Management: Design and maintain SAP security roles and authorizations across various SAP systems (ECC, S/4HANA, BW, Fiori, etc.). Manage user access, role assignments, and authorization concepts in alignment with organizational policies. Support SAP access requests, approvals, and provisioning workflows. SAP GRC Administration: Implement and administer SAP GRC Access Control (AC) modules including Access Risk Analysis (ARA), Access Request Management (ARM), and Emergency Access Management (EAM). Perform role-based access control reviews and separation of duties (SoD) analysis using SAP GRC. Conduct risk assessments and help remediate access violations and risks. Governance, Risk, and Compliance: Develop and enforce SAP security policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with IT governance frameworks such as SOX, GDPR, and other relevant regulations. Monitor, report, and mitigate SAP security risks through periodic audits and access reviews. Incident Management and Auditing: Investigate and resolve SAP security incidents in a timely manner. Conduct audits of SAP access and provide reports for compliance and audit teams. Ensure appropriate segregation of duties and manage compliance controls within SAP systems. Project Support: Collaborate with cross-functional teams for SAP-related projects, including upgrades, migrations, and new module implementations. Provide security and GRC expertise in SAP system changes and upgrades. Training and Documentation: Train end-users and technical teams on SAP security and GRC policies. Document SAP security and compliance configurations and maintain process documentation. Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within teams. Knowledge of SAP Fiori, S/4HANA security, and other SAP technologies is an advantage. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in SAP Security, SAP GRC Access Control, and related SAP modules. Proficiency with SAP GRC modules, especially Access Control (AC). Familiarity with regulatory requirements (e.g., SOX, GDPR) and IT security frameworks. Strong understanding of segregation of duties (SoD) and risk management principles. SAP certifications in Security or GRC are a plus.
