Role: ServiceNow Sr.Develoepr Location: San Antonio,TX & Dallas ( Onsite ) Duration: 12+ Months Need Profile : 14+ Years ( Please Dont Share profile below 12+ years) 1) Hands on 4+ experience with ServiceNow EC Pro and Now Mobile 2) Strong background in solution architecture and technical design, with a focus on user experience, Employee Center Pro, Now Mobile, Knowledge Management, integration technology 3) Strong understanding of HR processes and the ability to translate these into technical solutions. 4) Proven experience in at least one design, architect, and implementation Employee Center Pro on ServiceNow 5) Experience with ServiceNow client and server-side JavaScript and the ServiceNow APIs 6) Experience in architecting, solutioning, implementation and configuration off Employee Center Pro and No Mobile 7) Map customers business problems to ServiceNow solutions 8) Strong understanding of Employee service portals and self-service technologies 9) Experience in working with Service Now Knowledge Management and well versed with its taxonomy 10) Lead workshops to understand customers business imperatives, technology landscape and transformation priorities and recommend right fit solution, architecture, and best practices.
