Position Overview: We are seeking a hands-on CRM/Power Platform Developer Lead to join our team. In this role, youll be responsible for designing and developing custom solutions within the Dynamics 365 platform, Power Platform, and Azure cloud services. Youll work closely with our program staff to deliver high-quality solutions that meet organizational needs and improve business operations. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and implementation of solutions using Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure services. Collaborate with clients to understand complex business requirements and develop wireframes or mockups. Provide technical leadership in integrating external systems with Dynamics 365. Maintain strong relationships with program staff throughout the project lifecycle to ensure successful delivery. Advise on complex business cases and propose comprehensive solutions using 3rd party applications and customizations within Dynamics 365. Required Skills and Qualifications: 16+ years of experience in software application development and requirements gathering. 8+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 CRM and Portal development. 16+ years of experience in a Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) environment. 8+ years of experience in Azure development. 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform development. 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office/PowerPoint. 2+ years of experience developing wireframes or mockups using tools like Figma. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical details to non-technical stakeholders. Bachelors degree in IT or a related field (or equivalent experience).
