Job Title: Oracle Fusion Cloud - (Supply Chain Management & Manufacturing Consultant Lead) Location: Local to Bay Area or SFO (Remote but needed to be in office for meetings when called) Duration : 6 to 12 Months Job Description: Roles & Responsibilities At least 2 full life cycle implementation experience in Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Management & Manufacturing modules Analyze Customer's business processes and help clients transform their business processes with Industry and Oracle best practices Perform Product gap-fit and drive maximum leverage of OOTB capabilities of Oracle and pave pathways for transformation around people and process to leverage product best practices and standard functionality and drive development only for real competitive advantage and unique scenarios Hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud - SCM & Manufacturing Cloud applications implementation experience across at least Supply Planning, Order Management, Inventory Management, Procurement , Logistics Design, prototype and iterate solutions through hands-on configurations in Oracle. Understand and apply implementation methodologies to design, build, document, and test the Oracle Fusion Cloud system Determine integration requirements and design a unified strategy for the overall reference architecture working in unison with the Oracle Fusion Cloud system Lead and train consultants on Oracle Fusion Cloud applications implementation capabilities as needed by the project. Plan and execute workshop sessions with clients' business partners to model, design, and build business solutions. Collaborate with Client's business and technology and operations teams to define requirements and architect and design and deliver projects from inception through delivery, including status updates, scope changes. Respond to issues and incidents and provide day-to-day administration and support of Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM applications Expert in Oracle Master data in manufacturing domain; experience with supply chain business processes, including Forecast-to-Plan, Plan-to-build, Order-to-Cash, and Procure-to-Pay Experience in agile and modern enterprise practices on software management in cloud-based (SaaS) technology Develop Detailed Functional specifications, test cases from user stories, use cases, and requirements documentation Implement the Oracle Fusion Cloud use cases Position relevant solutions to the target STL customers Deliver proofs of concept/technology/Business Solutions Provide consulting and strategic services delivery Skills, Knowledge, Special Attributes, Mobility: Experience in working as part of larger geographic teams and the ability to work in teams with different cultural backgrounds Professional Oracle Cloud certification is strongly desirable, such as Oracle Cost Management Cloud 2022 Certified Implementation Professional Certification Oracle Inventory Cloud 2022 Certified Implementation Professional Certification Oracle Order Management Cloud Order to Cash 2022 Certified Implementation Professional Certification Oracle Manufacturing Cloud 2022 Certified Implementation Professional Certification Oracle Planning and Collaboration Cloud 2022 Certified Implementation Professional Certification Oracle Planning and Collaboration Cloud 2022 Certified Implementation Professional Certification Oracle Planning and Collaboration Cloud 2022 Certified Implementation Professional Certification Oracle Warehouse Management Cloud 2022 Certified Implementation Professional Certification Oracle SCM Transportation and Global Trade Management Cloud 2022 Implementation Professional Certification Oracle Product Lifecycle Management 2022 Certified Implementation Professional Certification Oracle Procurement Cloud 2022 Certified Implementation Professional Certification Experience & Education: Qualifications & Critical Exposure to Perform the Job at the Optimum Level 10 to 15 + years of experience 5 years of implementation experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud - SCM & Manufacturing Cloud applications with specific experience in Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud Manufacturing , Inventory, Logistics, procurement, Order management, Planning implementation At least 2 full cycle projects implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud - SCM & Manufacturing Cloud applications (Mandatory requirement on Experience).
