The ideal candidate will have expertise in at least two major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), with preference given to those experienced in all three. This role requires a deep understanding of cloud security frameworks, authentication mechanisms, and access control policies to ensure compliance, scalability, and security. Key Responsibilities: Architect and implement IAM security strategies across AWS, Azure, or GCP. Define and enforce identity governance policies, access controls, and authentication mechanisms. Design and implement Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), Attribute-Based Access Control (ABAC), and Least Privilege models. Ensure compliance with security frameworks and regulations (NIST, ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR). Collaborate with security, DevOps, and IT teams to integrate IAM solutions into cloud environments. Develop IAM automation and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) templates using Terraform or CloudFormation. Assess and mitigate IAM security risks, ensuring secure identity federation and single sign-on (SSO) solutions. Provide technical leadership on cloud security best practices and IAM modernization efforts. Required Skills & Experience: Proven experience in IAM architecture and security solutions in at least two cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Strong knowledge of IAM frameworks, authentication protocols (SSO, MFA, OAuth, SAML), and identity federation. Hands-on expertise with cloud security services, zero-trust frameworks, and IAM automation. Experience designing privileged access management (PAM) and identity lifecycle management solutions. Familiarity with security compliance standards (NIST, ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, HIPAA). Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation) and automation scripting.
