Requirements for the IT Delivery Manager
    8+ years of relevant project experience
    Proven experience in IT program delivery, with a strong track record of managing and delivering complex projects.
    Background in supply chain management; experience in traceability is a plus
    Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    Strong leadership and team management skills.
    Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
    Ability to work effectively in a global, cross-functional environment.
Key Responsibilities for the IT Delivery Manager
    Lead the delivery of supply chain traceability projects, aligning with the clients' business objectives and timelines.
    Coordinate cross-functional teams to implement a global traceability solution.
    Develop and implement batch traceability processes to enhance supply chain visibility and reporting.
    Oversee end-to-end traceability reporting, ensuring accurate and timely information for decision-making.
    Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
    Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues.
    Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards related to supply chain traceability.
    Provide leadership and mentorship to project team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
