Interview: This individual will need to be comfortable interviewing both virtual and onsite, depending on what the manager requests. Also, part of the onboarding process is doing a hair follicle drug test. This person needs to have a minimum of 8 years of experience in IT Security Architecture & Services and be comfortable being onsite 100% of the time. They need a CISSP or CISM certification as well. This person must be technical but also have great communication skills as they work cross functionally as well.
