Drive global, enterprise level implementation of HCM (HumanSAP Human Capital Management professionals design, implement, test, and deploy SAP human resources solutions for personnel administration, compensation, career development, performance management, payroll, recruiting and workforce deployment. Drive global, enterprise level implementation of HCM (Human Capital Mgmt)/ SuccessFactors & Fieldglass and Finance strategies, informed by the business strategy, market trends, and the competitive landscape. Serves as an expert for the HR IT functions in technologies such as SAP HR, SuccessFactors, FieldGlass and SAP HANA,Other HCM technologies such as Workday Also serves as a key partner to MBS Technology strategies in areas such as Master Data Mgmt.
