Job Summary: We are seeking an accomplished Senior Business Analyst with at least 10+ years of experience to work with our esteemed client, ADP. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in system analysis, process discovery, and workflow optimization. This back-office role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders to identify system inefficiencies, propose improvements, and communicate findings effectively through diagrams and documentation. Key Responsibilities: Advanced System Analysis: oConduct in-depth analysis of existing systems to identify loopholes, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement. oLead comprehensive system discovery efforts to uncover hidden dependencies and integration points. Stakeholder Collaboration: oCommunicate effectively with business stakeholders to gather and refine system requirements. oRepresent complex processes and system interactions using visual tools such as flowcharts, process diagrams, and technical documentation. Documentation and Workflow Optimization: oDevelop and maintain detailed documentation of workflows, systems, and operational processes. oPropose and implement workflow optimization strategies to enhance system efficiency and business productivity. System Mapping and Exploration: oPerform detailed system mapping to document the current state and explore opportunities for improvement. oAnalyze the interplay between various components to ensure optimal system functionality and alignment with business objectives. Issue Resolution and Recommendations: oIdentify critical gaps and propose actionable recommendations for resolution. oCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure proposed solutions align with organizational goals and technical feasibility. Qualifications: Education: oBachelor s or Master s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. Experience: oMinimum of 15 years of experience in business analysis, system analysis, or a related domain. oProven track record of analyzing, documenting, and optimizing complex systems and workflows. Skills and Expertise: oExceptional analytical and critical thinking skills with a keen eye for identifying inefficiencies. oAdvanced proficiency in diagramming tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart) and documentation frameworks. oStrong communication and collaboration skills, with experience in engaging business stakeholders effectively. oExpertise in workflow optimization and system mapping techniques. oFamiliarity with tools and methodologies for business process modeling and discovery.
