Product Manager Onsite at Plano, TX / Chicago, IL / Jersey City NJ Duration: 6+ months Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with IT industry experience of 10 years, of which at least 5 years is in Product Management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully handling multiple stakeholders and managing end-to-end product life cycle. This role requires strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and excellent communication abilities. Required Qualifications and skills: Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in Banking/Financial Services digital transformation. Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilities with ability to drive initiatives independently, solving dependencies and ambiguities. Hands-on approach, willing to dive into the details and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, with the ability to balance multiple perspectives and priorities. Experience with onsite-offshore delivery model, with proven capability to independently drive the shared goals of a team based in various geographies. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely. Technical depth to understand the internal and external system dependencies. Proficiency in tools such as Jira, confluence. Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
