Job Title- CX Scrum master with Geospatial Exp Must Location: Hartford, CT ( Hybrid ) Type: : Long Term Contract Must: Geospatial, CX-Scrum Master Responsibilities : - The ideal candidate will have expertise in CX and Scrum Master methodologies. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can manage geospatial projects effectively and ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions. The position does not require travel and operates during day shifts. Responsibilities : - Lead the planning and execution of geospatial projects to ensure timely delivery and quality outcomes. - Oversee the development and implementation of geospatial data collection and analysis strategies. - Provide technical guidance and support to team members on geospatial technologies and methodologies. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate geospatial solutions with other business processes. - Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in geospatial data management. - Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure adherence to Agile principles within the team. - Monitor project progress and address any issues or risks that may arise. - Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders regularly. - Develop and maintain documentation for geospatial projects and processes. - Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance team skills and knowledge. - Evaluate and recommend new geospatial tools and technologies to improve project outcomes. - Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment within the team. - Ensure that all geospatial solutions align with the companys goals and objectives. Qualifications - Possess a strong background in geospatial technologies and methodologies. - Demonstrate expertise in CX and Scrum Master methodologies. - Have excellent project management and organizational skills. - Show proficiency in using geospatial software and tools. - Exhibit strong analytical and problem solving abilities. - Have effective communication and interpersonal skills. - Be able to work independently and as part of a team. - Hold a relevant degree in geospatial science, geography, or a related field. - Have experience in leading and managing geospatial projects. - Show a commitment to continuous learning and professional development. - Be detail-oriented and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously. - Demonstrate the ability to adapt to changing project requirements. - Have a proactive and results-driven approach to work.
