The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and designing visually compelling assets to enhance brand communication and user engagement. Primary Responsibilities: Visual & Graphic Design: Create high-quality visual assets for digital and print media, including presentations, marketing collateral, social media graphics, and website elements. Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across branding materials. Prepare and Design Executive Slides: Design visually appealing and impactful PowerPoint presentations for executive meetings, ensuring clarity and coherence in the messaging. Creating and Circulating Newsletters: Develop and distribute newsletters to keep stakeholders informed about key updates, achievements, and upcoming events. Qualifications: Proven experience in visual design and graphic design. Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Figma, and Microsoft PowerPoint. Excellent communication and writing skills for creating newsletters and reports. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in English. Key Competencies: Creativity and attention to detail. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with diverse teams.
