Highlight the advantages and benefits of the architecture to the overall project. Automation of CI/CD pipelines and the whole deployment process Implement infra as a code through CloudFormation and/or Terraform. Clarify requirements: Coordinate with the various stakeholders like BA, PO, SME. Requirements are clarified by asking relevant questions and seeking explanations for the Epic and user stories scoped for a sprint. Review Acceptance Criteria: To identify the scope of the acceptance criteria taking inputs from team members, Onsite Lead , BA, SME and PO. Provide functional and technical workflow inputs for sprint design, framework. Estimate User stories for a sprint. Defect prioritization for each sprint Facilitate knowledge transition for new team members.
