Strong understanding of Linux system administration fundamentals, including user management, file systems, networking, and security. Familiarity with Cisco UCS-C220 M5 and M6 hardware Experience with server installation, configuration, and maintenance. Proficiency with scripting languages such as Bash and Python. Experience with automation tools like Ansible (highly preferred) or similar configuration management systems. Understanding of TCP/IP networking, DNS, DHCP, and firewalls. Experience deploying and managing applications including backup and restore processes on Linux servers. Familiarity with the video delivery platforms is a MUST. Experience with Git, Artifactory or other version control systems. Understanding of security best practices for Linux systems. Experience with MPEG monitoring tools and Splunk dashboards. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
