Position: Jira Admin with AWS and Linux exp Location: Bellevue, WA / Parsippany, NJ (Onsite) Duration: Long Term Job description: Primary Skill: Rocky Linux Administration Jira, Jira SM and Confluence Linux Server administration AWS Console Administration. Responsibilities: Solution Design and Implementation: Design, develop, and implement customized AWS solutions to meet specific customer requirements. AWS Services: Deep understanding and hands-on experience with a wide range of AWS services, including: AWS ALB (Application Load Balancer): Configure and manage ALBs for optimal traffic distribution, including listener rules, target groups, and health checks. EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, Lambda, RDS, CloudFormation, CloudWatch: Utilize these and other AWS services to build and maintain cloud infrastructure. Database Management: PostgreSQL: Experience managing and administering PostgreSQL databases on AWS (RDS or self-managed). This includes performance tuning, backup and recovery, and security management. Scripting: Automate tasks and deployments using scripting languages like Python or Bash. Jira, Confluence, and Jira Service Management: Utilize Jira for project tracking, issue management, and agile development workflows. Leverage Confluence for documentation, knowledge sharing, and collaboration. Manage and optimize Jira Service Management for efficient service delivery and request fulfillment. Customer Interaction: Work closely with customers to understand their technical needs, provide guidance, and ensure their success on the AWS platform. Technical Support: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to AWS infrastructure and applications. Performance Optimization: Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimizations to ensure high availability and efficiency. Security: Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with industry standards. Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
