This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and a deep understanding of Salesforce best practices. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure that the Salesforce platform aligns with business objectives. Lead the design, development, and deployment of Salesforce solutions. Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and team members to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Define system landscape, to identify gaps between current and desired end states and deliver a solution. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to developers and team members. Ensure best practices in coding, architecture, and development processes are followed. Perform code reviews and ensure high-quality deliverables. Manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment. Stay updated on Salesforce releases, features, and best practices. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce applications. Document technical processes and system configurations.
