Job Title: Senior AWS Connect Developer Location: Remote Duration: 12+ Months Job Description DelEx - Support Voice Platform Team About the Team The Support Voice Platform team plays a pivotal role within Clinet OpEx - CXI Support organization, helping us realize our mission of connecting local delivery networks across the globe. This team drives impact through major projects that enhance internal efficiency, empowering our sales and service teams to exceed their goals. About the Role As a Senior AWS Connect Developer, you will act as the technical authority on AWS Connect within the Support Voice Platform team. Partnering with the business transformation team, you will lead the design and implementation of innovative contact center technologies integrated with Salesforce CRM. This role involves collaborating with senior stakeholders and business partners to provide strategic technical guidance, ensuring best-in-class solutions for our customers. You will report to an Engineering Manager on the Voice Platform team within the product organization. What You ll Do Serve as the subject matter expert for AWS Connect, delivering impactful solutions for Cleient business operations. Lead the architecture and development of advanced phone and voice solutions across enterprise platforms. Collaborate directly with customers to witness the tangible impact of your work. Provide technical leadership on CCaaS (Contact Center as a Service) voice platforms. What You Bring 5+ years of experience leading customer-facing technical projects in Contact Center Technologies. 2+ years of hands-on experience working with Amazon Connect. Expertise in Salesforce CRM integration. 3+ years of experience designing and implementing call routing with dynamic messaging. Proficiency with AWS services, including Lambda, DynamoDB, API Gateway, Lex (Voice/Chat Bots), S3, and Amazon Connect Streams. Programming skills in Node.js, Python, or Java. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control tools like GitHub or Bitbucket. Familiarity with WebRTC and SIP technologies.
