Utilize Agile methodologies to facilitate project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring timely completion of milestones. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including stakeholders, developers, and business analysts, to gather requirements and define project scope. Monitor project progress and performance, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes. Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews to promote team collaboration and continuous improvement. Communicate project status, updates, and challenges to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle. Drive the adoption of Agile best practices within the team and organization, fostering a culture of agility and innovation. Requirements: Proven experience as an Agile Project/Program Manager, preferably with a focus on data integration programs. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, with relevant certifications (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster, PMI-ACP) preferred. Experience working in a Cisco environment or with Cisco technologies is highly desirable. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams towards achieving project goals. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
