It is hybrid so any candidate must be within commuting distance of Burbank. Right now it is remote but would need to go into office for tasks that need to be done onsite i.e. installs, fixes, troubleshooting. Must have the Wireless Metropolitan Access Network experience. This is 8 months and would probably extend. Keys for this role: Within Commute Range Has worked with Budgets Has worked with Vendors Strong MPLS Immediate hire on growing team successful candidate will plan, direct, design and manage the communications infrastructure and networks, including resource allocation; reviews network utilization for capacity planning, solves complex network problems related to wired and wireless infrastructure. Researches and recommends network standards, coordinates changes to network infrastructure to improve performance, reliability and availability. Requirements: Bachelors degree in electrical engineering or similar Knowledge of principles and practices of organization administration and budget best business and purchasing practices, configuration and wireless local area networks, wireless metropolitan access networks and virtual local networks Experience working with Internet Protocol security, multiprotocol label switching, internet standards as defined by the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers 3-8 years of experience installing, configuring, troubleshooting, repairing, maintaining, upgrading, monitoring, and evaluating network performance.
