Role: Scrum Master Location: New York, NY(Hybrid) - EST Candidates Visa: Only H1B with PPnum Mandatory Duration: 12+ Months Job Description: Total IT Experience required 10 Years Scrum Management, Agile DevOps for Senior Management Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar Agile certification Proven experience as a Scrum Master and/or Project Manager in Agile environments. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum principles. Excellent project management skills, including experience with project management tools and software. Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges. Education: At least a bachelors degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software/Electronics Engineering, Information Systems, or closely related field is required.
