 Experience: 10 Years

 Job Description:

          Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent work experience.

          Current "Certified Scrum Master" (CSM) certification is required. PMPin addition to CSM is a plus.

          7 years of current experience as a Scrum Master working with cross-functionalleaders and team members.

          10 years of experience in the technology industry working with remote andonshore/offshore team members on complex, enterprise level products.

          Hands-On experience with implementing Agile (Scrum and Kanban) and ScaledAgile.

          Experience with a Scaled Agile framework, with an understanding of PI planningacross multiple dependent teams required.

          Hands on expertise using Agile Lifecycle Management (ALM) tools in theAtlassian family i.e., JIRA, Confluence etc. is required. SharePoint andClarity expertise in addition to Atlassian is a plus.

          Ability to apply scrum estimation and planning techniques, including managing,and tracking external dependencies.

          Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse personalitytypes.

          Ability to understand and explain technical issues at a high level.

          Exceptional communication, organization, and facilitation skills.

          Ability to lead, mentor and coach cross-functional teams to reach their highestpotential.

          Strong negotiation and conflict resolutions skills, collaborative approach todriving results.

          Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
