Responsible for 3rd level troubleshooting for all LAN/WAN alerts and issues. Responsible for maintenance of all monitoring and reporting systems. Produce and maintain documentation related to all systems developed/deployed. Perform on-call duty for non-business hours support as per shift assignments. Perform administrative tasks pertaining to time entry and status reporting. Configure and install various network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPN, QoS). Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configurations. Monitor performance and ensure system availability and reliability. Monitor system resource utilization, trending, and capacity planning. Work within established configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness, approval, and success of changes made to the network infrastructure. Select and implement security tools, policies, and procedures in conjunction with the companys security team. Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution. Open for 24x7 availability. Conduct technical trainings to internal resources. GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS Proven team player. Ability to interact with end users to troubleshoot and resolve issues. Excellent documentation skills. Must be a resourceful self-starter. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to learn quickly. EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS CCNP Certification Required BA Degree / B.S.
