The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java, SQL Server, and Maximo implementations/upgrades. This role involves troubleshooting, problem resolution, and optimization to enhance Maximo's performance and functionality.Key Responsibilities: Customize and configure Maximo based on customer requirements. Analyze recurring issues and apply permanent fixes using problem management techniques. Troubleshoot application and database issues, working closely with DBAs. Understand customer pain points, troubleshoot, and provide solutions. Develop and maintain Maximo integrations with other enterprise systems. Identify customization and optimization opportunities to meet business needs.Required Skills: 10+ years of Maximo technical and functional experience. Strong Core Java programming skills. Expertise in SQL Server and database management. Experience in Maximo application troubleshooting and performance tuning. Ability to analyze and resolve integration issues.Desirable Skills: Experience with Maximo implementations and upgrades. Knowledge of Maximo automation scripts and workflows. Familiarity with cloud-based Maximo deployments.
