The TBA will play a crucial role in driving scale and delivering innovative solutions that enhance Barings operational practices and capabilities. In partnership with Barings business and technology teams, the TBA will be responsible for managing the relationship between the Global Technology and Data (GTD) organization and the aligned business units. This position provides the candidate with the opportunity to work collaboratively across many different corporate functions within Baring Investment teams, such as Finance, Legal & Compliance, HR, and Enterprise Risk. The TBA reports to a Technical Business Manager (TBM) and will coordinate with the TBM to create multi-year technology roadmaps across the aligned business units.
