Job Title: SAP HCM Payroll Consultant Location: Dallas, TX Duration: Long Term Job Description: 10+ years of hand-on experience in SAP US Payroll, Benefits, Taxation and Year-End activities. In-depth knowledge of US Payroll, Benefits, Garnishment and Year-End W2 generation configuration. Proven expertise in SAP Payroll implementation and support. Familiarity with Payroll Control Center (PCC) is highly desirable. Strong understanding of US Payroll tax regulations and compliance requirements. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with stakeholders at all levels. SAP certification in HCM or Payroll (preferred but not mandatory) Experience in integration with SuccessFactors Employee Central or other HRIS platforms.
