OnBase Certified System Administrator 3. OnBase WorkFlow Administrator Position Description: He Cross Application Platforms team, within the Enterprise Application Team of our clients central ITS organization, is responsible for many of the cross-application integration platforms and enterprise data services. This team has an open position to help provide additional development support for the document and contract management service offering. Our client uses the Hyland OnBase Cloud solution, and we are looking for an experienced and certified technical resource Reporting to the Sr. Systems Analyst on the team, the Software Engineer will be responsible for designing, coding (configuring), testing, debugging, deploying, documenting and maintaining built solutions and/or services using the Hyland OnBase development tools. Required Skills: Working with the Sr. Systems Analyst this resource will need to understand workflows and requirements and to translate that into the necessary forms and OnBase solutions needed. Provides technical development for any new requirements but also help to provide any support as well for existing solutions that may need to be addressed for the end user. Prepares documentation, technical specifications and to ensure that design and code reviews are taking place with the team members. Mentors technical staff and provide training for end users. Knowledge and skills with Hylands cloud-based solution Experience and knowledge of unity forms, autofill integrations and other OnBase components. Strong knowledge of other aspects that integrate with Hyland OnBase (i.e. Adobe, Workday, DocuSign, etc.) Adhere and apply best practices in regard to application development standards and use of source control tools such as GitHub. Preferred Skills: The following certifications are in place OnBase Advanced System Administrator, OnBase Certified System Administrator, OnBase Workflow Administrator.
