The ideal candidate will have experience in ETL/ELT processes, clinical data integration, and structured/unstructured data ingestion. This role involves building scalable data pipelines, troubleshooting data quality issues, and ensuring efficient data flow for clinical and analytical teams.Key Responsibilities: Design and implement scalable data pipelines for structured and unstructured data ingestion. Develop end-to-end data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL/ELT) processes using cloud technologies like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Optimize data workflows for clinical data configuration specialists to process raw data quickly and efficiently. Collaborate with database administrators, clinical data programmers, and IT teams to ensure seamless data integration. Perform data integrity and quality checks to maintain high data accuracy. Support clinical data visualization and analytics teams by providing structured datasets. Troubleshoot and maintain data pipelines in data lakes and data warehouses. Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous process improvement. Provide technical leadership and end-user support, including training teams on best practices for data integration. Ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) regulations and company SOPs for data validation.Required Skills: 6-8 years of experience in data engineering, ETL/ELT development, and cloud-based data integration. Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), AWS, or Azure. Strong background in data ingestion, pipeline development, and automation. Experience with clinical data flow, APIs, data streams, and staging for healthcare applications. Proficiency in SQL and Python for data transformation and analysis. Experience in data quality management and validation. Familiarity with data lake and data warehouse solutions. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
