Role: Program Manager Location: Raleigh, NC(Hybrid) Visa: Only H1B with PPnum Mandatory Duration: 12+ Months Job Description: Total IT Experience required 11 Years Lead and manage the execution of multiple interdependent projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Develop and maintain a detailed program roadmap and ensure milestones are met. Coordinate with project managers and teams to ensure that resources, budgets, and schedules are properly managed. Experience managing cross-functional teams and leading large, complex programs. PMP (Project Management Professional) or PgMP (Program Management Professional) certification. Strong knowledge of program and project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, etc.). Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Ability to manage competing priorities and work under pressure to meet deadlines. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello, Asana). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Education: At least a bachelors degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software/Electronics Engineering, Information Systems, or closely related field is required.
