Proven experience leading teams and projects. At least one full life cycle implementation experience on Oracle Talent Management & Learning modules. Demonstrated expertise in designing, configuring, testing, deploying, training, and managing releases of Oracle Cloud applications. Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud HCM best practices. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Excellent spoken and written English communication skills. Ability to document solutions clearly and concisely. Ability to effectively work with end-users remotely. Positive, dynamic, and flexible attitude. Bachelor's Degree Highly Preferred: Oracle HCM Cloud certification.
