http://bit.ly/4ey8w48 https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=2194166&uid= Servicenow Developer (On Prem) Location: Remote Skills: Over all 5 + years experience in ServiceNow with minimum 1 on-Prem implementation and support experience for large clients ServiceNow Developer with Experience in ITSM, ITOM, ITAM (SAM Pro), Integration HUB end to configurations and customizations Experience in On-Prem and cloud architecture Configurations and support is mandatory Experience in platform fine tuning, health checks, upgrades for the On Prem ServiceNow instance is mandatory Experience in custom integrations, platform customizations and Maintenance for the on prem instance management is a mandatory Optimize existing and develop new service catalog offerings and associated flows with a focus on continual improvement and automation. Leverage Flow Designer to further mature the service catalog and migrate away from workflows. Provide technical guidance on existing workflows for streamlining and improved efficiencies. Identify inefficiencies to ultimately implement areas of automation. Participate in the upgrade cycle of ServiceNow. Support the design of custom catalog items, working with business area partners and the Service Management team for implementation.
