Role: Business Analyst 5(ID: 140173) Location: Lansing,MI--HYBRID Duration: 1 Year with possible extension. Note: Only Local MI candidates only. Top Skills & Years of Experience: 8+ years of business analysis experience for complex computer systems. 8+ years of developing functional requirements for development projects. 8+ years of developing and implementing test plans and test cases. 8+ years of creating, updating and maintaining systems documentation and creating training plans and materials. 5+ years using CMM/CMMI Level 3 methods and practices. 5+ years implemented Agile development processes including test driven development. 5+ years programming in SQL and/or PL/SQL (Oracle Preferred) Experience with Azure DevOps and HIPAA Data Interview Process: Onsite interviews to be held at the Lansing office. For MS Teams interviews, please use a laptop and be prepared so share a screen if asked. Use of headphones is strongly discouraged. A screenshot photo of the candidate will be required for any interviews as well as a vendor present at the beginning of virtual interviews to validate the candidate. On-site: Candidates MUST be local at time of submission. Hiring manager is not currently interested in candidates who will need to relocate to accept an offer. NO REMOTE ONLY OPTION.
