Oversee the development and deployment of data processing workflows using AWS EMR and Spark PySpark. Provide technical expertise in data architecture and ensure best practices are followed. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver optimal solutions. Ensure data integrity and security throughout the data lifecycle. Optimize data processing performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise. Mentor and guide junior team members in data engineering best practices. Conduct code reviews and ensure high-quality standards are maintained. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in data engineering. Develop and maintain documentation for data architecture and processes.
