Oversee the administration and maintenance of Tableau servers and environments. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Tableau-related issues. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for Tableau solutions. Ensure data accuracy and integrity in Tableau reports and dashboards. Optimize Tableau performance and scalability to handle large datasets. Implement best practices for Tableau development and administration. Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users on Tableau functionalities. Monitor and manage Tableau server performance, including resource allocation and usage. Develop and maintain documentation for Tableau processes and procedures. Stay updated with the latest Tableau features and enhancements to leverage new functionalities. Work closely with data engineers and analysts to integrate Tableau with other data sources. Ensure compliance with data security and privacy policies in Tableau solutions. Qualifications Possess a Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Have 4 to 8 years of experience in Tableau development and administration. Demonstrate strong proficiency in Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server. Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Show ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Display strong communication and interpersonal skills. Have experience with SQL and data modeling. Nice to have knowledge of other BI tools and data visualization techniques. Show commitment to continuous learning and professional development. Demonstrate ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
