Technical Program Manager 'Responsibilities:Service Level Management: Ensure that services are delivered in accordance with agreed-upon service level agreements (SLAs) and performance metrics, monitoring and reporting on service quality and adherence to targets.Service Delivery Planning: Develop and implement strategy for the program team, including developing a robust risk mitigation plan. This includes managing scope, changes, and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved. Resource Management: Manage and allocate resources to support delivery of Cloud Infrastructure operations, ensuring efficient utilization and alignment with business objectives.Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with all stakeholder involved in the service delivery process, negotiating contracts, monitoring performance, and ensuring compliance with agreed-upon terms.Effectively structure and drive monthly governance meetings with BCBSA cloud executive teamEnsuring goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, security, quality, and team member performance. In addition, work with clients to increase awareness of the program for a successful rollout. Continuous Improvement: Continuously assess and optimize service delivery processes for Cloud Operations/CPE/CDA, identifying areas for improvement, implementing changes, and driving operational excellence.Change Management: Coordinate and manage changes to service delivery processes, minimizing disruptions and ensuring smooth transitions.Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with service delivery operations, implementing appropriate controls and contingency plans.
