Role: Sr. Product Manager Onsite Location: Alpharetta, GA- Hybrid (3 days onsite and 2 days remote) Duration: 12+ Months Job Description: We are looking for a rockstar Product Manager to lead the Omnichannel customer experience strategy initiative. As the Product Manager, you will be responsible for setting the vision for the Omnichannel customer experience strategy initiative. You will have overall responsibility for the external and internal customer experience (NPS) and supporting UPS revenue and growth objectives. You will work closely with departments across UPS including Marketing, IT, Sales and Customer Support. You will be responsible for the overall vision, roadmap, ROI, budget and competitive analysis for the product. Objectives of the Role: Develop and maintain the strategic vision for the product including working with stakeholders on their vision and priorities. Synthesizes customer needs into strategies, requirements, roadmaps and OKRs. Analyze customer needs, current market trends, competitive analysis and potential partnerships from an ROI and build versus buy perspective. Articulate the program vision and direction to the Product Owners. Decompose the strategic vision into value streams and release trains. Create, manage, and prioritize program backlog and plan Product Increments. Develop, implement and maintain production timelines across multiple departments.
