The role will be responsible in supporting the delivery of key email, in-app and push marketing campaigns as well as involvement in other core PMO-related activities (e.g. risk and issue identification and resolution, reporting, tools administration etc.) for the Data Ops and CIRM teams. This role will require you to be proactive and a creative problem solver who consistently exercises the initiative required to keep operational processes and projects moving forward. A successful Project Manager will have a process-oriented mindset and the ability to develop and implement processes as well as evaluate the efficiency of existing ones. The role will also require leading bi-weekly stand ups, retrospectives and other sprint ceremonies, to ensure timely delivery of projects. Responsibilities: Coordinate with marketing teams, consultants and internal teams in the sprint management of roadmap deliverables Coordinate work streams to identify dependencies, obstacles and ensure theyre addressed, track and communicate progress Manage and monitor intake process, ensuring all incoming tickets are prioritized appropriately and meet the teams definition of ready to work Ability to know when and how to flag/escalate issues and roadblocks. Coordinate activities, resources and information across projects and teams Follow and communicate tasks while tracking and reporting progress of project(s) Support Marketing Operation initiatives and the team as needed by organizing and facilitating scrum ceremonies - stand-up, sprint reviews, sprint retrospectives, sprint planning, and other meetings as needed Prepare reports, status updates and documentation of internal processes as needed, including team agreements like definition of ready and definition of done Ability to adequately forecast and manage capacity planning for the team Ability to recognize and accurately diagnose inefficiencies in a teams working processes, and implement the right Agile techniques to correct them Must haves: 1) Agile Scrum practices knowledge 2)Must know agile theories and when to apply those theories. 3)Jira experience is a must-Jira server in particular 4)Confluence experience important to have Helpful to have experience supporting marketing initiatives but not required Must know how to pull a good report together REQUIRED EDUCATION: Bachelors Degree in a related subject Basic Qualifications: Experience in project planning and management in an Agile software development environment. 5+ years of previous experience as a project manager. Strong teamwork and leadership skills with excellent communication and organizational skills.
