Must Have: Sr. level dynamic 365 development experience and be able to speak clearly about what they have done Salesforce experience Healthcare industry experience preferred. Job Description JobQualifying Form: Who is the client and how do I sell them to my candidate: BCBSNE What is the project that this role is going to be a part of / initiatives itwill play a part in: Currently working onsome modernization efforts. One of them is that is doing is go deep intoMicrosoft Dynamics. Specifically, theywant to take some of the functionality that they have in Salesforce andconsolidate that on Dynamics. They may start toeither add new value onto Dynamics AND/OR replacing legacy systems on Dynamics. Titleof Position: Dynamics Developer Reasonfor the need: He thinks he couldstart small and create some momentum on this. If we have 2-3 folksthat we were confident were strong and could do this sort of thing, he would bevery interested in talking to us and them. Dynamics Architectsand Developers and crush a bunch of work. He is not quite surehow many resources he would need, it is dependent on what we have and he wantsto figure out what that looks like He has been talkingto a vendor for a good chunk of the year and they are struggling to get to apoint with them where they are putting together a SOW that Bo feels is reasonable. It is a BIG SOW andit doesnt feel very Agile, or Iterative or whatever. Instead of throwingover to the wall to this other vendor and partnering with them, to say go fixthis, under a the BIG SOW, he wants to look at other options. TeamSize: They have a strongtech lead, a strong developer, and really strong Test Engineer. They are buildingthe team with A players. They will have tohire a Dynamics Admin (BCBSNE will handle that front) He has aTechnologist on his team that is playing the Platform Principal SME, where heis sort of the Tech Lead/architect over the entire platform. He has 4 strongfolks plus a couple of headcounts approved to fill. They have budgetAPPROVED to supplement this stuff as well.
