We currently have an opportunity for a HRIS Analyst with RMR Group. This position is offered as a 12-month long contract, and the work will be completely remote. I have included a brief description below of what the Client is seeking:

Location: Remote

Visa: open to any kind

Project Summary:

RMR currently uses ADP Workforce Now as its Human Capital Management (HCM) system. 

HR Processes and Tools include the following: Talent Acquisition and Onboarding (iCIMS); Performance Management (Cornerstone); workforce changes and approvals (Service Now) and other processes supported by Excel based tools.

The HRIS Analyst will help RMR: configure current tools to support processes and changes to our processes; identify integration opportunities in which ADP can provide better data and analytics; and support the implementation and configuration of future systems.

Skills and Capabilities Needed

       Expertise in ADP Workforce Now

       Expertise in Cornerstone Performance and iCIMS

       Experience in implementing and configuring Human Resource SAAS solutions that include payroll, benefits, performance, total rewards, recruitment (iCIMS) and other Talent Management systems (such as Succession Planning (9-Box), Calibration and Talent Reviews tools), Compensation, and Benefit administration and programs.

       Experience with HCM implementations, testing of upgrades, patches and new applications to test new and existing functionality.

       Exceptional project and program management skills, ability to manage multiple projects.

       Ability to build strong working and project relationships with key stakeholders including RMR IT Applications Team, Accounting and HR stakeholders.

       Strong understanding of HR processes, procedures and data, including eligibility and enrollment rules and compensation and benefits procedures.
