This role is critical in advocating best practices, enhancing team capabilities, and ensuring compliance with processes, thus driving productivity and quality within the development team. (1.) Key Responsibilities 1. Provide Technical Guidance And Solutions By Defining, Advocating, And Implementing Best Practices And Coding Standards In .Net Development, Ensuring High-Quality Outputs From The Team. 2. Develop And Maintain Robust Applications Using .Net Technologies, Mentoring Team Members To Enhance Their Technical Skills And Overall Productivity. 3. Ensure Process Compliance Within The Assigned Modules By Participating In Technical Discussions And Reviews, Serving As A Technical Consultant For Feasibility Studies, Evaluating Technical Alternatives, And Assessing Best Practices In Architecture. 4. Prepare And Submit Comprehensive Status Reports To Identify And Minimize Exposure And Risks In Projects, Effectively Addressing Any Escalations That Arise.Skill Requirements 1. Strong Understanding Of .Net Framework And Associated Technologies. 2. Proficiency In Designing And Developing Applications Using .Net And Related Tools. 3. Solid Experience With Ci/Cd Pipelines And Automated Deployment Using Jenkins. 4. In-Depth Knowledge Of Devops Practices And Their Application In Enhancing Development Efficiency. 5. Familiarity With Embedded Device Integration And Windows Environments.Certification 1. Optional But Valuable Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate, Microsoft Certified: .Net Developer. Deliver highly complex solutions with significant system linkages, dependencies, associated risk. Lead and perform development efforts such as analysis, design, coding/creating, and testing. Oversee and participate in testing, implementation, maintenance, and escalated support of most complex solutions. Development includes but is not limited to customized coding, software integration, analysis, configuring solutions, or the use of tools pertinent to the area, project, or system to configure or generate a solution. Ensure adherence to company and industry standards. Provides technical consultation on extremely challenging or unusual situations. Write and run unit tests. Devise or modify procedures to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time, and form of desired results. Interpret internal/external business challenges and recommends best practices. Use sophisticated analytical thought to exercise judgment and identify innovative solutions. Mentor less experienced teammates to build technical expertise. Responsible for delivering high quality working software and automating manual/reusable tasks working directly, and consulting with, the business from the beginning of the design work. Leverage continuous engineering practices to deliver business value regarding effectiveness of the design. Actively participate in refining user stories. Responsible for development and developing unit testing, and supporting integration and functional testing. Responsible for providing warranty support and providing knowledge transfer to production support. Develop code in accordance with the acceptance criteria established by the Product Owner. Skills Required: Should have strong experience with .Net Full Stack Development. Should have strong experience in developing web applications with Micro service/.NET Core / C# / MVC / RESTFul / Web APls and Angular. Experience working with client-side libraries such as JavaScript, Query, etc. Experience with C# / SQL Server - including developing in MS SQL Server using TSQL / DML / DDL as well as administering SQL Server. Experience deploying software/database using a CI/CD pipeline, and leveraging tools such as Git, Bamboo, Jenkins, etc hands-on development and deployment experience on Azure cloud, Azure Synapse, ADLS, Azure Active Directory, Azure Functions, Azure Data Factory and Azure event hub. A solid foundational experience with n-tier application development using Microsoft .NET tech stack. Prefer to have financial domain experience. Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
