Job Description Must haves: 3-5years experience Putting together Visualizations (Power BI) Languages: Python Tools: PowerBI (Five Belows in house tool) Looking for hands on data scientist/analyst Doesn't need retail experience but needs to becomfortable with HR Data Sets Very flexible, okay with push back and changes to dashboard Wants Power BI SME who is comfortable working with HR datasets o comfortableworking with raw data sets to develop dashboards o 1:2Dimensional display of data- dealing with Head Count, Turnoverover and Attrition Buzz Words: HR Data, Talent Analytics, HR KPIs Other notes: 100% remote Reportsto Director of HR Business Solutions 3- 5Years of experience with Power BI Extensiveexperience with HR Data Sets Pythonis a Plus Okaywith C2C but might want to convert at the end of 6 month contract JOBRESPONSIBILITIES: Provide analyticalleadership to answer complex business problems, optimize processes, or enhanceautomation. Assist in theprioritization of resources for analytical projects and ad hoc analyses todeliver exceptional results and meet business needs. Develop innovativestatistical techniques to enable improved forecasting, summarization,classification, and optimization. Create compellinganalyses and visualizations to improve business decisions and processes.
