This position requires both business analysis and systems analysis experience. The ideal candidate can work closely with internal stakeholders, compile understanding of business systems, gather business requirements, provide support, manage testing and integrations and ongoing enhancements as needed. The Systems Analyst will have experience with Agile, the SDLC and can write SQL queries. The right candidate has good analytical skills, is a good communicator and enjoys the challenges of new projects and working with and solving customer issues. Role and Responsibility of the Business System Analyst: Serve as the subject matter expert for internal line of business applications including ERP, HR, CRM, Financial, Data Warehouse etc. Analyze data and query SQL server databases using T-SQL Work with internal teams to understand applications, integrations, and processes Work with the engineering team as needed to translate new requirements to system design options and assist in planning application development needs. Assist with testing Create and maintain documentation The ideal Business System Analyst candidate has: 5-7 years of experience as an application analyst, business analyst or systems analyst supporting applications, integrations and processes preferable in a Microsoft environment (SQL Server, Azure, Power Automate, power BI etc.) Experience with Agile and the SDLC Experience with SQL server and writing T-SQL queries Experience working with a variety of applications / customers across Finance, Sales, Marketing, HR and Operations etc. Experience with IT enterprise process standards and regulations like ITIL, Lean, PCI, SOX etc. Keywords: cprogramm business intelligence information technology |
