Gather and prioritize customer needs, market trends, and competitive insights to inform product development. Collaborate with marketing operations , billing design and sales team to ensure seamless feature launches Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics to evaluate product performance. Develop and maintain product documentation, including user stories, wireframes, and requirements. Communicate product updates and progress with stakeholders and senior leadership. Conduct usability testing and iterate based on user feedback to enhance product quality. Manage product backlog and sprint planning in Agile development environments. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (MBA is a plus). 10+ yrs of Product Management experience handling complex ecommerce projects.
