Direct experience with dealership sales, vehicle ordering, and dealer management systems (DMS) is highly preferred. Strong ability to analyze, interpret, and integrate dealer data to support operational efficiency and business strategy. Experience collaborating with IT teams, vendors, and dealership stakeholders to enhance system functionality and data accuracy. Ability to ramp-up quickly on new work assignments Web-service experience High level of analytical ability where problems are unusual and difficult Demonstrated technical and professional skills in job-related area required A team-oriented mentality with the ability to build relationships Ability to recognize and value the importance of sharing ideas, results and best practices The ability to multi-task across a wide range of activities while remaining calm and efficient\\ Extensive knowledge of testing requirements and methodology, project management, and other IT related processes Proficient in querying relational database and understanding database structures. Oracle (relationship) and SOLR (NoSQL) experience a plus.
