Candidates must have Energy domain EXP. Missing in resumes submitted: Must have project experience with CX (customer experience) and website development within the last 2-3 years Must have recent experience in the Utility/Energy industry, no older than 5 years ago If they are located in CT/Boston, there is a better chance they are placed Feedback from client interviews: Lacking the CX (customer experience)/web development experience, strong foundation in Jira/Scrum. Their soft skills have also been weak like providing vague responses and not being convincing of their experience. Our client wants someone who is proactive, takes initiative, has experience with customer websites and agile methodologies. Responsibilities: Create detailed user stories for changes in customer site or mobile app. Work closely with the Product Owner to define and shape the product vision, requirements, and roadmap. Provide guidance and clarification to the development team to ensure successful implementation of features. Assist QA team ensuring product quality aligns with business expectations. Follow Agile principles and ceremonies. Requirements: 3+ years of experience as a business analyst in the energy sector, preferably electric or gas. Experience working with web application development teams. Experience working with agile methodologies. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
