Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure that solutions meet business requirements. Support project documentation. Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation of business requirements, process flows, and system specifications. Qualifications: Required: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Proven experience as a Business Analyst. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in requirements gathering and documentation techniques. Familiarity with business process modeling and analysis tools. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Preferred: Experience with Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
