Role: MIS Lead Type: Contract Location: Phoenix, AZ( Hybrid ) Duration: Long term contract Candidate MUST have prior Utilities / SAP ISU experience. Roles/Responsibilities 1. Author business process documentation (BPD) based on workshops outputs. 2. Author functional specifications for complex device management enhancements around technical master data creation, disconnection, reconnection and install, remove and replace meter. 3. Address review comments from customers on the deliverables. 4. Work with the offshore team and help coordinate authoring of functional specification. 5. Set up test data and test the custom developments. 6. Run ad-hoc workshops needed to design complex end to end business processes involving cross streams such as front office, billing and work management. 7. Work closely with cross stream to resolve complex integration points with other ISU modules. Required Qualifications 1. Minimum 10+ years of ISU experience focusing on device management module 2.
