Must provide official two end client references ( they will be validate ) Need someone to help with Data Conversion side first step is the payroll piece since it is tied to ADP this is going to be a 3 year journey working with SI on the migration Need someone techno-Functional Someone that can do configurations as well Remote Working west coast hours Job Description: We are seeking a Lawson Analyst with expertise in data conversion to support a multi-year ERP migration . The ideal candidate will be techno-functional , capable of handling both configuration and data migration tasks , with an initial focus on the payroll module , which integrates with ADP . Key Responsibilities: Lead data conversion efforts, ensuring smooth migration of payroll and other critical modules. Collaborate with the System Integrator (SI) to align on migration strategies and execution. Configure and optimize Lawson ERP modules to meet business needs. Work closely with payroll, HR, and finance teams to ensure seamless transition and integration. Identify and troubleshoot issues related to data conversion and system configuration. Support testing, validation, and reconciliation of converted data. Document processes, configurations, and best practices for future reference. Required Qualifications: 5+ years of experience with Lawson ERP in a techno-functional role. Strong expertise in data conversion, extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL). Experience working with payroll systems and integration with ADP. Hands-on experience with Lawson configuration, process automation, and customization. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot migration issues. Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders, including SI partners. Excellent documentation and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Infor CloudSuite or similar ERP migration projects. Knowledge of SQL, scripting, and data mapping techniques. Prior involvement in long-term ERP transformation initiatives.
