Role: Technical Project Manager with Telecom Background Location: Seattle, WA (Onsite) Mode: Contract Opening Job Description: Looking for someone with Telecom Background and experience on the Application development / Engineering side. Responsibilities Oversee a portfolio of projects from inception to completion, ensuring coordination of shared resources, common activities, and other dependencies across all projects Ensure that project deliverables can be integrated to become the overall result (product, service) and are fit to deliver the expected benefits Maintain the client relationship and keep the client and stakeholders engaged in the project (ie: status reporting, issues management, and risk management) ensuring alignment and transparency throughout the project lifecycle Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies. Utilize both Waterfall and Agile methodologies to tailor project approaches based on specific project requirements and goals. Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed to keep projects on track. Facilitate regular project meetings, including status updates, sprint planning, and retrospectives, to promote collaboration and continuous improvement. Manage project budgets, track expenses, and provide regular financial reports to stakeholders. Mentor and support project team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Support the development of internal processes, documentation, and knowledge sharing Required Experience 8+ years of technical project management experience Previous project management experience with Application development and engineering projects Proficiency in both Waterfall and Agile project management methodologies. Consulting experience the ability to hit the ground running as a Technical Project Manager Deep knowledge in all phases of the technology project lifecycle including the identification of the business problem, business case, and project plan development through project management, financial management and closeout An ability to identify potential people-side risks and anticipated points of resistance, and develop specific plans to mitigate or address concerns. Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience Strong technical background with a good understanding of software development and IT infrastructure. Preferred technology exposure - React/Angular.js/Node.js/Mysql/Relational DB Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
