Video 2 On-Site JOB DESCRIPTION We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Solution Architect to join our Production Support team. As an Oracle Cloud HCM Solution Architect, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and leadership of Oracle Cloud solutions focusing on Absence Management and Benefits. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle Cloud HCM/ experience working as a solution architect in a large-scale environment. This role will also assist in guiding the functional leads and business process owners through the configuration and testing of the quarterly releases including Redwood updates. Post quarterly updates this position will provide support, assist with knowledge transfer activities and help ensure an overall smooth transition. This role will also provide internal customers with the best possible solutions to utilize Oracle Fusion HCM, roll out new functionality, identify potential process improvements, troubleshoot problems, and provide user support. Perform other duties as assigned. Review and evaluate quarterly updates and prepare and execute required testing within the specified timeline. Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and design solutions that meet their needs. Design, implement, and maintain HCM configuration for our stakeholders using Oracle Cloud HCM. Create functional and technical designs based on business requirements. Provide technical expertise and leadership in the design, development, and implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM. Collaborate with other technical teams to ensure smooth integration of Oracle Fusion HCM with other systems. Provide support and guidance to development teams during the development, testing, and implementation phases. Presents to leadership and stakeholders' various analyses for feature enablement in Oracle Cloud HCM.
